   The different  of the nature human in thinking has been and remains the important variable in the events and conflicts specially on the political level (authority) , when we want to classification  the political regime , we will find for every political regime group of values and political traditions . The comprehensive political regime was characterized with the absence of   the presence of the opposition   culture, who tried to impose  value through the political and social development that  started in the childhood stage till the university studying level in order to control and guarantee  the stability and continuity of the regime  .

 But the democratic political regime  characterized by the presence of the political opposition through the presence of the political parties ,civil society establishments , press  and public opinion , the political democracy  imposed  special  kind of political  culture , in which the citizen was a high level of awareness  with the political matters , and he had  an active role that effected in the political regime  through different  ways ,like the participant in election and submitted protests in addition to practice the political activity by his membership in political party .

 The opposition associated with the emergence state of  social and political anxiety that involving the sense of human the complains in the lower grades and rebellion in the high degrees  because of the intersection  between authority  and people.
