    The title of the subject may involve in it when we read it kind of intellectual vigilantism ,which involve kind of self closed. may be there  is a reasonable reason  for people to achieve its national security , but when it seeks to build an intellectual security wall , this work makes it far from continuity with other cultures , and also this leads it to isolationism and decline and far away from others.

  But what we meat here in the intellectual security , has no relation  with the intellectual solitude or going far away fro life agenda , but what we meant , how  to industry mobility and continuous fertilization which leads to wide political ,social ,learning and intellectual system , that save and achieve to people and nation kind of positive life , that able to renew and developed .

   The intellectual security means the existence of health intellectual system ,that grows normally away from the diseases of extremism , militancy  and suppression of others , if we considers various of war and military conflicts we will find that it produced in societies that lack the intellectual security, the freedom of variety in opinions , and the normality of conversation and research .

  This means to open the field of  dialogues in front of  all , initiation with humanity  dialogues that based on  accepting  the opinion of others .
