Housing crisis

   The housing crisis in Iraq  was not new crisis , but it was belonged to more than  fifty  years , it was formed big challenge to the following governments ,the citizen felt his humanity and interacted  with the state and its establishment  with national soul ,when he owned private house ,which related him with the homeland.

  According to the statistics that mentioned by the specialized economist in the house investment field in Iraq, Iraq needed to (5-6) million house unit , this meant to built new cities .

  Shaaub magazine conducted questionnaire about house crisis on August 2008 , it was showed that 75,4% from the participant slide ,that participated in the questionnaire ,demanded to solve firstly  the house crisis despite the presence of other crisis such as electricity , security and others .

  There was popular demand to solve the house crisis, what was the solution to face this crisis?

 All of us agreed that Iraqi government with its specialized establishment in addition to Iraqi private sector were unable to solve  the problem  or found solution for this crisis  alone , so they must encouraged investment of  the foreign companies , because they have wide experiences and technical and financial abilities  in  building projects ,so we must reduce the difficulties that face the coming of the foreign companies .

All the specialists in the housing field  agreed in order to solve  the house crisis ,they insisted on the necessity of building house complexes at the vacant lands, because the working on it  more easily from the work inside the city and buildings .

  We must refer that the solve of the house crisis will help to solve most of the problems which Iraqi society suffered from it .
